How do I order?

To order online: Use our online contact form to let us know what you require and when. You will receive email confirmation within 48 hours.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Auckland. From here we can easily service Auckland and the surrounding areas. Pickups and delivery within the Auckland region are NZ$20.00. Other areas will be quoted on your final order.

 

How far in advance do I place my order?

To assure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as possible. Payment is not due until two weeks prior to delivery. Please note your booking is not confirmed and equipment not allocated until we receive payment.

If you need something at the last minute, call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

What if I cancel or change my order?

You may change your order at any time and you may cancel without penalty right up until one week before delivery. Orders cancelled within one week of delivery during peak season (Dec 01 - Mar 31) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

 

When is delivery?

We can deliver most days at a time that is convenient to you (although if you are requesting an out of town delivery it will be dependent on the couriers). If you are renting a car, or have booked accommodation, we can have your equipment there ready for you when you arrive to check in. You do not need to be present for delivery.

If you would like an approximate time for delivery, please call the day before or the morning of delivery and we will be able to schedule a time.

If you will need a car seat at a specific time, we suggest you have it delivered the day before you will need it and picked up the day after you leave. There is no extra charge for this convenience.

 

In what condition will the equipment be?

All rental equipment is new or near new so it is in good working order. Note though that the stock can vary from that pictured due to what is available at the time. If you have specific requirements please let us know so that we can be sure to provide exactly what you need.

 

In what condition should I return the equipment?

We will completely clean the equipment after your rental. We do ask that you return the equipment wiped free of any major mess. Please clean any spills or accidents when they occur to prevent permanent damage or stains to the equipment. You do not need to wash the linens prior to pick up.
