What Pickup / Drop Off / Collection Options are available?

The typical options for Pick-Up and Drop off are –

• Drop off/pick up from our home based business in The Gardens in Manukau.
• Drop off/pick up at your hotel or accommodation.
• Drop off/pick up at your car rental company.
• Drop off/pick up from the International Terminal of Auckland Airport (additional costs apply)

What are the Pick up/Drop Off times? 

As we are a home-based business, we are flexible with pickups – both during and outside work hours from The Gardens.  Auckland Airport drop-off/pickup facility operates 5am – 5pm daily.

What information do I need to provide? 

If we deliver to a hotel or car hire company, we need the name your booking is under, and booking reference number, in order to ensure a smooth delivery. Please also confirm to us your arrival and departure times to ensure we can have the delivery made prior to your arrival and collect when you return.  When you return the vehicle to the car hire company the goods hired from us must be returned with the keys to the front desk – awaiting our collection.

In order for us to provide you with a car seat suitable to your vehicle please advise us if the car you are using has a child restraint anchor point, for the car seat tether strap to attach to – sometimes these are located in the backs of the seats, rear parcel shelf  or the boot lining. Your car hire company should be able to confirm this for you.

If you are staying with friends or family and want us to deliver to them, or for them to collect from us, please confirm their name and contact number.

How does Auckland Airport Pickup/Drop Off Work?

Auckland Airport runs a pick-up/drop-off/bag holding facility at its International terminal. You are able to drop off your bags here, and we can arrange to pick them up.   This service is available between 5am and 5pm every day (As this is additional costs apply as these are imposed by Auckland Airport.  Click here for more details.)
